Admin Team

Tiago Santos

General Manager

Tiago has a Bachelor from the ICHEC Brussels Management School and a Master from Hult IBS acquired in San Francisco. Over the years he specialized in strategy consulting and finance, mainly for the start-up and technology fields. He co-founded the company with CRI Group's CEO, and now manages Digitera by day and teaches Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes by night.

Nadir Khiar

Operations Manager

Nadir has a Master's Degree in Coporate Communications from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He has experience working in the private sector, developing and managing multiple projects in the areas of Creative Marketing and PR agencies. Curious and a self-learner by nature, he now manages Operations for Digitera (with the precious help of Google).

Guilherme Barbedo

HR Manager

Guilherme has a Master in International Relations from the University of Melbourne where he spent two years learning about government and occasionally spotting marsupials. He has worked in the private and public sector, firstly consulting in a Public Relations agency and later in policy at a European Union Embassy. Now he seeks to help our consultants in Human Resources.

Maria Sotirova

Bulgaria Country Manager

Maria has an educational background in Acting and Psychology, and she is an internationally certified Career Counselor with over 12 years of experience in the fields of recruitment and motivation. She is the founder of a training platform format to empower human potential, applied to both individuals and at corporate level – Workshop for SuperheroS.

Vanda Almeida

Portugal Country Manager

Vanda has a Master's in Psychology from the ULHT in Lisbon. She has worked as a trainer for a private educational institution, as well as in HR departments in the private sector. In the last 5 years, she has fallen in love with the IT field, where she specialized in search and recruitment, reception/integration of consultants, performance evaluation and career development. Now, her main goal and focus is to find and match the best candidates and projects for the European Institutions.

Aleksandar Vasev

Croatia Country Manager

Aleks attended PhD studies and has a Master in Information Technology from the University of KG where he spent a couple of years in an IT Laboratory as a HW/SW Researcher. He has worked mostly in the IT sector, firstly as a Front-end Developer, and later as an Application Developer, Head of an IT team, as well as Assistant Professor in a few Universities and more. As a Recruiter now, Aleks is always headhunting for the top talents.
